Symmetryk now offers a plug-and-play CRM integration complete with our new “Interactions'' module for tracking in-field content utilization during interactions with HCPs/KOLs. Schedule interactions to run with your meetings or initiate on the fly. Assign experts to your interactions and have all the information instantly fed back to the Symmetryk Admin portal for in-depth analytics and reporting.

How interactions work
Interactions allow you to record which content is being used on the field, down to the page level. This information is presented to Symmetryk admins in a visual format to support reporting and decision-making.
Interactions are also extremely versatile: they can be used with or without access to a stable internet connection, they can be scheduled and initiated at a later time, or quickly launched in just a few clicks for when you’re on the go.
Introducing grouped slides
You might already be familiar with our Linked Slides, which allow you to “link” a parent slide to one or more “child” slides and will pull all children if any parent slide is selected for use in a custom deck. But what if you wanted to group and use multiple slides together?
Grouped slides allows you to group a series of slides in a document. When creating a custom deck from that document, selecting any slide that belongs to a “group” will automatically select the entire group. Grouped slides can also be linked together: when a section or a slide belonging to a section is selected, any linked sections will also be automatically selected.
