Technology Utilization - KOL Engagement

In partnership with the MSL Society, Symmetryk conducted a survey to evaluate the role of technology in improving MSL/HCP meeting productivity. Here are the 5 major findings:
• 50% of MSLs find it difficult to quickly find and share approved materials with KOLs.
• Only half of MSLs are confident they are using the most updated / approved materials.
• MSLs receive materials through a variety of channels (including: e-mail, Google Drive, Sharepoint, Box, CRM, Veeva Vault etc).
• MSL content managers are challenged to control and safeguard regulated content.
